Shipping policy

The following outlines the official shipping and delivery policies for all fine art prints, original paintings, and gifts purchased from Berlin Mountain Studio.

  • Order Processing: Standard photography prints and gifts are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Original paintings may require additional preparation time for custom crating and safe transit.

  • Domestic Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the exact dimensions and weight of your artwork.

  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees incurred upon delivery in their respective countries.

  • Order Tracking: A shipping confirmation email containing a direct tracking link will be provided as soon as your order leaves the studio.

  • Transit Damage: If your art arrives damaged in transit, please retain all original packaging and contact shop@berlinmountainstudio.com immediately so we can coordinate a swift replacement under our quality guarantee.
